The staff and cast of tvN's hit weekend drama "Bon Appétit, Your Majesty" will head to Da Nang in Vietnam for an award vacation later in October, production officials confirmed on Thursday.
The award vacation was approved after the show's remarkable success at home and abroad. "The production team is currently finalizing the itinerary," a MyDaily report on September 26, said.
Reward trips have long been reserved for dramas that scale unprecedented heights of popularity, a milestone "Bon Appétit, Your Majesty" has well crossed.
At the wrap-up party for the show, lead actress YoonA made a vox-popular declaration that quickly went viral.
Stepping atop a chair, she bellowed out, "Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, big hit! Let's go on a reward vacation!"

The drama first aired with a low 4.9 percent overall viewership rating but has since gone on to become super-popular.
By its 10th episode, the show hit a record high of 15.8 percent, with certain areas such as the Seoul metropolitan area hitting 18.1 percent.
The series held the top spot in its time slot for four consecutive weeks and performed strongly on streaming platforms. From August 23 to September 21, it ranked No. 1 in "TVING's VOD UV" category, as per Sports Chosun.
International buzz has also been significant. The drama topped Netflix's non-English TV show chart for two consecutive weeks, marking a first for a tvN production.
According to AllKpop, it also took over on social media and public opinion. For five consecutive weeks, "Bon Appétit, Your Majesty" topped the "TV-OTT" drama buzz index (FunDex), and in September 2025, Gallup Korea announced that it was the most popular TV program among Koreans.
Cast members are also enjoying the popularity wave. YoonA had held the No. 1 position in drama cast buzz rankings for five weeks, and co-star Lee Chae Min led the brand reputation rankings announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute.
Utilizing her momentum, YoonA is to start her first Asia fan meeting tour after her debut.
With just two episodes remaining, "Bon Appétit, Your Majesty" airs Saturdays and Sundays at 9:10 p.m. and continues to draw in viewers and set records.
