The actress, who is best known for her role in the hit K-drama "She Was Pretty," is taking a break right now because she is being investigated for stealing money from her company. She posted on social media on February 12 to say that she would be giving away toys that her child had already used.

Koreaboo says that the actress posted pictures of a big pile of toys on the ground near her house.

Hwang said in the post, "I'm giving away toys for free." These are toys my child used carefully—if you need them, feel free to take them."

She also said that the giveaway would take place in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, from February 13 to 15, between noon and 7 p.m. Reports suggest that her two sons used a variety of toys, including cars, robots, and dinosaur figures, as depicted in the pictures.

But most people who saw it online didn't like it. MK Sports says that some people on the internet criticized the actress, saying that getting rid of big things in South Korea costs money and has to be done in a certain way. People who live there have to buy special trash bags for their daily trash, and municipal workers will pick up large items after a fee is paid.

People who commented online said they didn't like how the toys were shown. Some people said that the big, messy pile looked careless and rude to neighbors.

The reports said that the actress took down the social media post after people got upset about it.

The trouble comes after the legal problems last year. Hwang was charged with stealing 4.30 billion won (about $2.99 million) from her own company. She was given a two-year prison sentence, but it was put on hold for four years. She admitted to all of the charges and paid back the money she stole in two payments in May and June of last year.
