At the seasoned age of 41, Gabrielle Union admitted to utilizing "The Porn Diet" to stay in shape.




On Monday night, when making an appearance on the "Conan" show, the actress coined her exercise and diet routine as "The Porn Diet."




The "Being Mary Jane" star revealed that she adopted the regimen by observing adult film stars at her gym.




When "Conan" host Conan O'Brien questioned whether Dwayne Wade's fiance watched the porn stars workout on the Stairmaster, she answered, "Yep, and I'll be on the next one going, 'You're not getting off before me!' "




The diet plan doesn't stop at watching the adult film stars exercise. Union also analyzes the screaming queens when they are ordering at the gym's juice bar.




"I'll watch and see what they're ordering," she said, adding that the porn stars seem to be sticking to a vegan diet.




Although Union didn't directly ask her fellow gym members about their professions, she is certain that they are porn stars because she has seen their work.
