Robert Pattinson And Kirsten Stewart Breakup: ‘Twilight’ Actor’s Mum Was To Blame, Source Says ‘(Clare) Seemed Very Unhappy That He And Kristen Got Back Together’

One of the most talked about news in Hollywood is the Robert Pattinson and Kirsten Stewart breakup. People all know the real reason for this, but maybe there's more than infidelity. The Robstens were shocked when they found out that their most-loved actress had an affair with a married man last year. Stewart was caught making out with her director Rupert Sanders during the set of "Snow White and The Huntsman".  That scandal left the poor "Twilight" heartthrob devastated as well as legions of his fans.

Just when we thought that the Robert Pattinson and Kirsten Stewart breakup was final, the two decided to get back together. Their reconciliation has caused mixed reactions and one of the people who was most affected by this was the 27-year old actor's mom. A source revealed to Look Magazine how Mrs. Clare Pattinson felt when she found out about her son's decision. The insider said, "Clare seemed very unhappy that he and Kristen got back together." The source added, "She was incredibly shocked by those pictures of Kristen with Rupert and couldn't understand why anyone would want to cheat on her son. To begin with, it was like Clare didn't want to lay eyes on Kristen again, but of course she and Rob reunited and that was difficult for her."

The reaction of Rob's mom clearly shows how she was against her son's relationship with the 23-year old actress. Some people speculate that the real reason for the Robert Pattinson and Kirsten Stewart breakup is the British actor's mother. In a recent interview with Teen Vogue, Rob revealed his mom's influence on him. The new face of Dior Homme said, "My mum's quite a dominant personality, so I've always been very comfortable around girls." He may not have directly admitted that his mother influenced him into finally letting go of Kirsten, but his words clearly showed how his mom had taught him to act towards other women.
