Blackberry Z10 Beats All Other 'Fun-Sized' Smartphones In TIME Review

In a battle of smartphones, TIME hails Blackberry Z10 as the best 'fun-sized' smartphone.

Contributor Ben Taylor (FindTheBest's marketing manager) reviewed 10 of the best smartphones that are not so big and bulky, measuring from 3.8 to 4.3 inches in height.

While 2014 is the year of large, wide mobile screens, he pointed out that there are "fun-sized smartphones with great reviews and happy customers, none of which were designed by Apple in California."

Blackberry Z10 emerged as the top 1 on his list, citing a 90 Smart Rating. This 4.2-inch smartphone boasts 10 hours of talk time and an 8-megapixel rear camera.

Taylor highlighted that it has "a focus on productivity over chart-bursting specs or millions of apps" compared to other small smartphones.

Only 1 Samsung phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini) made it to the list but was just right behind Blackberry Z10. It's the "best Android choice" if you don't prefer Blackberry's own OS.

HTC has 3 of its phones (HTC One Mini at #6, HTC X8T at #7, HTC First at #8) in the top 10.

LG placed 2 times because of its LG Enact (#5) and LG Optimus F3 (#10).

The other phones who made it to the cut are Motorola DROID Mini (#3) Casio G'zOne Commando 4G LTE (#4), and Nokia Lumia 620 (#9).
