Actress Jun Ji Hyun said, "I feel so terrible whenever I hear the news about the unfortunate students and their families. I really want the families who are left to not lose hope. It is from my small heart, but I want to share the pain of the families of the involved." Previously, actress Jun Ji Hyun canceled her event in Myung Dong on April 17, 2014, to show her condolences for the ferry incident. In 2012 when Jun Ji Hyun got married, she donated all of the money she received as a congratulations to a charity as well.
