Dan Bilzerian won't stop with the crazy on his Instagram anytime soon, and we just have to accept that very fact.

The millionaire poker player posted a bizarre workout photo on his Instagram page on Tuesday, according to EnStarz.

In the picture, Dan Bilzerian is seen wearing a bathing suit, surrounded by a group of women who are all involved in some kind of workout.

The Instagram star is pulling down an exercise bar, while a woman in the photo is sitting on a workout bench lifting weights, staring back at the camera.

Of the four women in the photo, the one with the weights seems to be doing the most "working out." Another woman is seen sort of doing the stair master in the background, as she looks out at the beautiful view of France.

The photo gets even more bizarre when you look closely to notice that a man is lifting a woman as a form of exercise.

The man, who we assume is one of Dan Bilzerian's adventurous friends, had one hand on the woman's leg and his other hand on her back, as she lies down horizontally, completely calm about what's happening.

Bilzerian added the caption, "Meanwhile at sea somewhere in the south of France. . . #WeBenchPressB----es."

The 33-year-old has recently been photographed hanging out with various celebrities as well, including Pamela Anderson and Justin Bieber.

Bilzerian was photographed partying with "Fast and Furious" actress Michelle Rodriguez in France on Monday, according to the Daily Mail.

He had his arm around the stunning actress in a group shot that was taken on a yacht.

Rodriguez posted the photo with her friends enjoying some "post-Cannes fun" with the caption, "Love the insane possy."
