Recently, a leaked video footage of Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber saying racist comments has been uploaded online. Justin Bieber says racist comments such as "Run n*****," and repeated the words at least five times in the video after he was asked by a friend on why are black people afraid of chainsaws.

When Justin Bieber's racist comments are heard and the video went viral soon after, Justin then issued an official statement to GossipCop.com and he said these words: As a young man, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was okay to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realise at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance."

Justin also thanked his friends and family. He added: "Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologised for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologise again to all those I have offended. I'm very sorry... I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say but telling the truth is always what's right. Five years ago I made a reckless and immature mistake and I'm grateful to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young man."

"Once again ... I'm sorry."

Despite Justin Bieber's racist comments spreading online, the Canadian pop singer clarified that he does not insult other cultures and that he is definitely not a racist. However, some sources reported that Justin's management team tried to pay to avoid the video from going viral and be kept out of the public eye. Hmm?

What do you think? Is Justin not really a racist like what he claims?
