Previously, Jang Suk Joo tried to get rid of Hong Chan Sung (Kim Yong Gun) while he was unconscious. However, Hong Chan Sung was only pretending to be unconscious, and Jang Suk Joo got shot by Cha Jin Soo in the car. Park Hoon received Jang Suk Joo as his patient in the hospital, and saved his life.
