Marvel Cinematic Universe: Know Which Superheroes Are Set To Return For A Sequel Or A New Movie; 'Iron Man 4,' 'Thor 3,' 'Hulk' Solo Movie? Marvel Releases 5-Year Plan
One thing is for sure, fans just want to know more about the Marvel cinematic universe. And with Marvel Studios previously releasing its official movies list until 2019, the web has never been quiet about which characters will be coming back soon.
Here's the official future Marvel movies list according to MTV:
August 1, 2014 - "Guardians of the Galaxy"
May 1, 2015 - "The Avengers: Age of Ultron"
July 17, 2015 - "Ant-Man"
May 6, 2016 - "Captain America 3″
July 8, 2016 - Unconfirmed (But rumored to be "Doctor Strange")

It has been reported that some of the unconfirmed projects might include "Guardians of the Galaxy 2," Iron Man 4" and "Thor 3."
"Thor 3" is the most probable of the titles mentioned as reports claim that screenwriters have already been hired to start on the project. "Hulk" solo movie is not so far-fetched either given how Mark Ruffalo has spoken about doing it. With other Avengers given a solid solo movie to back them up, it could be high time that Marvel considers one for the green giant.
But "Iron Man 4" still remains questionable as there have been rumors circulating that Robert Downey Jr. might not reprise his role as Tony Stark after "Avengers 2." Fans will just have to wait and see.
However, there seems to be a lot of attention focusing on female superheroes and unfazed rumors of a stand-alone movie.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige tells audiences to hold their horses when it comes to their superheroine assumptions. When it comes to Feige, he's not ready to go ahead with a woman-led Marvel movie. At least, not yet.
Feige in an interview with Comic Book Resources, discussed the possibility of having a female protagonist:
"I think it comes down to timing, which is what I've sort of always said, and it comes down to us being able to tell the right story. I very much believe in doing it. I very much believe that it's unfair to say, 'People don't want to see movies with female heroes,' then list five movies that were not very good, therefore, people didn't go to the movies because they weren't good movies, versus [because] they were female leads. And they don't mention 'Hunger Games,' 'Frozen,' 'Divergent.' You can go back to 'Kill Bill' or 'Aliens.' These are all female-led movies. It can certainly be done."
