While "Batman VS. Superman: Dawn Of Justice League" is far away to 2016, there is a movie of Ben Affleck to look forward this October 3!

Ben Affleck upcoming movie "Gone Girl" is arriving in theaters soon. Watch the trailer here:

'Gone Girl' of Gillian Flynn is a thriller novel and now, it has a movie adaptation which will be starred by the Dare Devil star, Ben Affleck, together with Neil Patrick Harris, and Rosamund Pike. The movie adaptation is directed by David Fincher.

The story is about the disappearance of  Amy Dunne (played by Rosamund Pike), the wife of Nick Dunne, portrayed by Affleck. As you can see in the trailer, the major suspect is the husband although he's very eager to find his wife. There are evidences such as diary that points to Nick Dunne as a suspect of the disappearance.

The big question of this movie trailer: is Nick really the man behind the disappearance of his wife?
Meanwhile, the author of the novel 'Gone Girl' shared something about her novel on Hitflix. She said:

"The structure of the book poses particular challenges for adaptation. It's a very interior novel and plays a lot with time and chronology. It isn't a book you necessarily read and then think you can just slap it onto a movie screen. I had to take a step back and disassemble the book and put it back together again. To me that was part of the fun. It took on a second life."

Additionally, Hitflix also mentioned what Thomas Pynchon (novelist) thinks about the adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel. He said:

"Wild movie...It really catches [Pynchon's] tone. It really catches the antic nature of him: the crazy names of characters, the nutty behavior, and then also the emotional undertone. It has the flavor of Pynchon. It has this 'Big Lebowski' element to one side of it, but the emotional undertone, the desperation, the paranoia, and the yearning in the film... [Paul Thomas Anderson is] an absolutely amazing filmmaker and it's incredible to see him responding to someone else's creation and then building his own creation out of it. He sort of did that with 'There Will Be Blood,' but not really. It's his own movie, inspired by the novel 'Oil!'"
