The Rock Confirmed As DC Shazam To Appear In Batman VS. Superman: Dawn Of Justice? DC Upcoming Films Leaked Online

Last August 21, Independent.co.uk, reported that The Rock or Dwayne Johnson confirmed the DC Shazam movie and to play the role of the said character. It was also noted that the the comic character will appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Additionally, the source also said that it may also lead to Justice League movie.

WWE Super Star Wrestler stated:

"I am putting my heart and soul and my bones into this role,"

He also tweeted:

According to CinemaBlend, the comic character DC line-up of upcoming films were lately leaked online, and the character rumored to appeared in the movie has a characteristics of:

1) Extremely emotionally rich, with a lot of complex stuff going on

2) A superhero that has never been portrayed in a live-action movie before, and

3) "a badass motherf***" on Superman level of power,

All of these point to the logical Shazam appearance in the movie.

The writer of the publication said that "In addition to being a child in the body of an adult superhero (adding a definite level of complexity), we've never seen the character brought to life on the big screen before, and has a laundry list of powers that include super strength/speed/courage, flight, invulnerability, and high intelligence."

However, the WWE Super Star didn't confirmed whether or not his character would appear in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel sequel.
