Shakira Pregnant Rumors Cleared: What Could Be The Name Of This Baby Boy? See Some Suggestions From 'Hips Don't Lie' Fans Across The Globe

'La La La' hitmaker Shakira cleared up all preganncy rumors last week and it's a boy!

After weeks of speculations and whatnots, the gorgeous Shakira confirms that she and her 27-year-old beau Gerard Pique are now expecting their second child. Their one-year-old son Milan is about to become a big brother in just a few months as the Colombian icon finally shared the exciting news to the Spanish version of Cosmopolitan: 'Yes, I'm pregnant.'

It is worth mentioning however, that Shakira already posted a status on her official Facebook page days before the September release of her Cosmo feature saying: "Yes, we are expecting our second baby!! Thank you all for your well wishes!"

From what we can remember, the star has been pretty all-out in expressing her future plans with the football player Gerard. In fact, her statement in the April issue of Latina already opened the possibility of a second pregnancy: 'If it weren't because of my music projects, I would be pregnant already.'

Despite her jam-packed schedule and constant success in the music industry, Shakira and Gerard made it!

'I would love to have eight or nine kids with Gerard - my own fútbol team,' the singer teased.

We say, two down and six to go, Shakira.  Now that we know the gender of their second child, what could be his name? To keep track of history, the couple announced the birth of Milan with a brief explanation of his name:

"The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification. Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth." (via People)

When asked about the sexy performer's take on motherhood, she previously shared that "One of the surprises that I've gotten from motherhood is that Milan teaches me so many lessons,"

"I've become a student of his in a way. He has taught me to let go of the reins a little bit and be more punctual too. And all of that has to do with the fact that he's just a wise little creature."

We think that Shakira's already a fabulous mom, and we could only look forward to the birth of her second baby.
