Actor Lee Min Ho and his fans from his charity platform website "Promiz Knock" delivered clean water to people in Africa. On September 29, 2014, according to Lee Min Ho's agency Starhaus, Lee Min Ho and fans from Promiz gave five million dollars to "Charity Water," a worldwide non profit organization. The first theme for "Promiz Knock" this year was water. The Knock project asked people who join the website to become a member and donate ten cents each, which, after a couple of months, was accumulated as a donation of five million dollars. A spokesperson from Lee Min Ho's agency Starhaus said that Lee Min Ho and fans picked "Charity Water" as its first non profit organization to help. The donations will be used to fund the well drilling project ni Africa, providing people with clean drinking water. Lee Min Ho opened up his charity platform website "Promiz Knock" (WWW.PMZ2014.COM) on June 13, 2014, to give back to the fans and share the charity works his fans have been doing for his name. "PROMIZ" is derived from words Promise, his name Lee Min Ho, and his fan club MINOZ. Promiz selects a new charity theme each year and share the gifts and talents.
