LG G3 was first thought to have a metal body but it was made using a solid polycarbonate material to come up with a metal finish. Sony Xperia Z2, on the other hand, has tempered glass on the front and back. This makes the handset chic and look sturdier but users may have to deal with fingerprints and dust every time.

But the latter has an explanation to offer that benefits those who are prone to submerging their smartphones into the water: Xperia Z2 is water-resistant (with dual IP ratings of IP55 and IP58).
