The Originals Season 2: See Nina Dobrev As Tatia The First Doppelganger In The Sneak Peek Photos Here!

It was previously reported that Nina Dobrev will be making an appearance as Tatia, the first doppelganger, for 'The Originals' season 2.

In an interview with E! Online, executive producer Julie Plec revealed that Nina Dobrev will be joining the spinoff show's cast lineup.

"There's a lot of people that could cross over, and when we plan our crossovers, we like to think of the most clever way to integrate 'The Vampire Diaries' mythology into 'The Originals' mythology," Plec said.

It seems digging into the original doppelganger's story is the best way to play out the crossovers between the two CW shows.

Plec promised, "There's lots of secrets and scandal and romance and terrible tragedy attached to her character. We'll get to go back into the past to see how that all played out."

How will Nina Dobrev portray Tatia? She had already done several doppelganger characters in 'The Vampire Diaries' but her role as Tatia is perhaps the most important since her character will unlock the questions revolving around Klaus and Elijah's connection as brothers and rivals in love.
