'Horse Doctor' Lee Yo Won "I Wasn't Going To Act In A Historical Drama After 'Queen Seon Deok'

Actress Lee Yo Won from 'Horse Doctor' talked about why she decided to do another historical drama. 

Lee Yo Won appeared on MBC's 'Enjoying Horse Doctor 100 Times More,' on the 1st of October. Lee Yo Won said, "After filming 'Queen Seon Deok', I decided that I didn't want to be in a historical drama for a while. But I started reading the script for 'Horse Doctor,' and thought it was a lot of fun. That's why I decided to act in a historical drama again."

Lee Yo Won talked about the charms of 'Horse Doctor' and said, "I didn't expect too much and read the script, and it ended up being really fun. I thought that an animal featuring in the drama would capture the interest of viewers. I also thought that there were great elements to this drama."

Lee Yo Won also talked about her charcter, Kang Ji Nyung. Lee Yo Won said, "this is a new woman character that you would not be able to see during the Joseon Dynasty. The character studies really well and also plays very well. She is really charming."
