‘Arang’ Han Jung Su Will Erase His Grim Reaper Makeup For The First Time In 17 Episodes
Han Jung Su finally erases his Grim Reaper makeup.
A staff member of the MBC Wednesday-Thursday miniseries 'Arang' released pictures of Han Jung Su without his Grim Reaper makeup in episode 17.
Because of his role as the Grim Reaper Mu Young, he always had thick makeup so his real face was hidden. He doubly suffered during this particularly hot summer because not only did he have to wear several layers of clothing, he also had to put on thick makeup as well.
On October 10th, Han Jung Su will show his clean face without makeup in episode 17 of 'Arang'. This is because the previous life of Grim Reaper Mu Young will be shown. He is seen wearing traditional Korean clothing in sky blue and reading a book. Instead of exuding overwhelming charisma like when he subdues runaway ghosts as the Reaper, he is appealing in a different way.
This scene will appear in Hong Ryun's (played by Kang Moon Young) flashback and will show Mu Young and Mu Yeon's (played by Im Ju Eun) hidden backstory. This episode will air on October 10th at 9:55 pm.
