CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin Serenades his mother on “My daughter Seo Young”
On the 12th episode of the KBS weekend drama "My daughter Seo Young" that aired on the 20th, Lee Jung Shin's character Kan Sung Jae sang and played the guitar to his mother.
Kang Sung Jae's mother was upset about her husband forgetting about their wedding anniversary, to cheer her up as the lovely and careful son that he is, he decorated the house with pink balloons, and sang a song accompanied by the guitar. After his touching performance he expressed "I am the younger version of father" and hugged her.
This particular scene won over viewer's heart because it was very touching and emotional. The viewers were able to feel and understand Kang Sung Jae's intentions, and how much he loves his mother.
"My daughter Seo Young" rating for the weekend was 32% making it the most watched weekend drama in Korea.
