The most fan-reacted pregnancy last year would have to be Eva Mendes' baby news. She initially denied being pregnant with boyfriend Ryan Gosling's baby in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, effectively keeping her bun in the oven out of sight for almost her entire term.
