'He-Man' Movie Happening?

There are rumors spreading online that there is a possibility for "He-Man: Masters of the Universe" to have its movie version.

The latest news that this comic series will be having a movie version has created noise in social media. However, there are no further details given of whether the movie would be based from the 1980's animated series, or the 1987 Masters of the Universe live action film.

The latest update from DeVon Franklin, the Senior Vice President of Production at Columbia Pictures, was announced via Twitter. According to Cinemablend, the tweet seems to be a confirmation of the movie.

Devon wrote another tweet, "@Farafamgama @JeffWadlow is working 247, we'll have a draft into the studio for the holidays. By the power of Grayskull, this will happen!"

According to TechTimes, the first movie of "He-Man" was created in 80's starring Frank Langella and Dolph Lundgren. However, this movie flopped at the box office.

TechTimes also mentioned that cartoon fans compared 80's "He-Man" film to "Super Mario Bros." movie which was also judged as a terrible movie.
