February marks the end of college for graduating students in Korea. While it is a time of transition for students in Korea, February is also the month when many high school students in America are faced with the decision of choosing the college or university for their studies in September.

On February 24, Yoona of the popular K-pop group Girls' Generation graduated from Dongguk University after six years of academic studies. In addition to her career as a K-pop star, she has excelled as an actress with performances in dramas like “Prime Minister and I.” With her graduation, the idol joined other prestigious alumni of the college, which include Park Min Young, Kang Sora, and Lee Seung Gi.
