AnimeNewsNetwork reported before that Rain and Seven will make their first debut into the game along with another character named Sumeragi. The website further revealed their backgrounds and role into the game.

Rain - A mysterious girl who hides her incredible skills behind her lovely expression and begins to follow Kirito and company for unknown reasons.

Seven - The leader of a guild called Shamrock, and is in fact a Russian scientist in the real world. She is a researcher specializing in virtual reality and she is referred to as the "Light" compared to Akihiko Kayaba.

Aside from the new trailers, Gematsu has reported that new DLC costumes will be available in "SAO: Lost Song," which is based on another RPG title "God Eater 2: Rage Burst."

"God Eater 2: Rage Burst‘s content comes in the form of Gun Gale Online-style Kirito and Sinon costumes for your character," Gematsu reported. "Sword Art Online: Lost Song‘s content comes in the form of a Julius outfit for Kirito and Alisa outfit for Asuna."

Crunchyroll adds that both DLC packs will be released on Spring 2015 in Japan and is said that Agil, Recon, and Eugene will be included into the game.

Lastly, Siliconera reported that Bandai Namco shared several details on the Magic attacks within the "SAO"game. These magic spells are based on Fire, Ice, Earth, Wind, Light, Dark, and Water.

Fire magic can dish out powerful damage, but it is slow to cast, while Ice magic is fast and can hit an enemy multiple times, but it can do smaller damage than fire. Earth magic can be used to crush stronger enemies; however its speed is slow and it is difficult to control. Wind magic is similar to ice magic, and it can be used for crowd control. Water magic can cast healing spells. Light magic can also hit multiple enemies and its easier to control. Dark magic can do powerful damage but the tricky part is that its not linear, so players will have tough time aiming at enemies.

Other magic attacks in the game includes buff and debuff-type magics, which can have an effect to the characters stats as well as enemy units.

"Sword Art Online: Lost Song" was first introduced at Tokyo Game Show in 2014 as Reki Kawahara's light novel series have already generated two games, which includes "Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment" and "Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment" in the PS Vita.

"Sword Art Online: Lost Song" will be available for the PlayStation 3 at 7,120 yen (about US$66), while the PS Vita version is at 6,170 yen (US$57). A limited edition that includes box art by abec, an original soundtrack CD, a Blu-ray Disc with special content, a mini-clear poster, and a special booklet will retail at 9,980 yen (US$92).

The Game is set on March 26 in Japan, while several rumors are making rounds that the western release date of the game is set on the Fall of 2015.
