Nicki Minaj is now being seen as a threat to Jennifer Lopez's relationship with Casper Smart as he choreographs "The Night Is Still Young" music video of the former. The "Anaconda" singer was in racy black outfit while perfecting the dance moves.
Daily Mail reported that the 32-year-old singer was seen doing some shimmy steps while the 27-year-old on-off beau of Jennifer Lopez was observing her.
Rumor has it that Jennifer Lopez and the choreographer are now back in each other's arms. With the present closeness of the California-born dancer and "Starships" singer, the tension between Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez, allegedly, could yet become more intense.
Accordingly, the sight is something that will surely not make Casper Smart's multi-awarded singer-actress girlfriend happy.
Months before this latest controversy, reports of the 45-year-old "American Idol" judge being noticed unhappy while watching the "Super Bass" hitmaker during a "Fashion Rocks" event performance went viral. It can be recalled that Nicki Minaj had a short stint as judge of the talent show - the season before the mother-of-two returned.
A Hollywood Life source was quoted saying, "She knows many people turned off [American Idol] when Nicki was on the show and J. Lo wants to make the show fun again and she really thinks that is happening."
Meanwhile, Hollywood Life, in an article last Sept. 9, noted that while the rest of the audience, including Carmen Electra, at the "Fashion Rocks" felt like dancing with the "Booty" singer's steamy performance, J. Lo seemed to keep her arms crossed and refused to join the crowd.
According to some reports, this could have been caused by Casper Smart's choreographing job for the singer-rapper-songwriter's "Anaconda" music video.
However, there is no evidence to this hypothesis except for her alleged unhappy aura during the entire performance.
