Fans of Britney Spears may have to suspend their excitement as she revealed that a new album from her is not possible soon, but they can be happy as her ex-husband Kevin Federline used her song in a DJ gig.

E! News, quoting a report from Billboard magazine, said that the American pop star wants to focus her attention more on her children at the moment.

"I'm gonna do [a new album] slowly but surely. There's a lot going on with my kids and schools and, you know, adding new sports and stuff like that. I'm gonna try to do my best to do an amazing album, but it's not my full priority right now," the 33-year-old singer said.

However, the "Toxic" singer's manager, Larry Rudolph, shared that they are now "concentrating on putting out a few great singles as they come" rather than on a new album from Britney Spears.

"We're not really talking seriously about a new album yet. Albums just aren't as important in the digital age as they used to be. Britney will get to one eventually, but not right now," Britney Spears' manager said.

It was also hinted that one of the singles may be a collaboration with Iggy Azalea

"You'll have to wait and see. It's really exciting, though. It's very cool, I'll say that...I saw her song on TV and I was like a kid in a candy store," Britney said.

"I was like, 'I love Iggy!' I was like, 'I love that video. I wanna work with her.' And it was really weird, because a week after that her manager was like, 'She's a huge fan of yours.' I was like, 'Let's do something together,' so it worked out," the mother of two boys exclaimed.

Meanwhile, the multi-awarded pop star's ex Kevin Federline admitted that he used her song "..Baby One More Time" as the opening in a DJ show at Heart Nightclub, TMZ reported.
