That's essentially Vanessa Paradis' dilemma on thinking about a wedding gift for ex Johnny Depp and wife Amber Heard on their wedding day. So she ended up giving a toaster.

The website Entertainment.ie described the gift as proof of her "wicked sense of humor."

"Well, what else was she going to send(?)" it said. "She couldn't pretend she didn't know anything about the nuptials given it was all over the news, her two children were obviously going to be there, and she was SENT AN INVITE. "

Vanessa Paradis was earlier rumored to be against Johnny Depp and wife Amber Heard's wedding without the "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" actor signing a prenup.

Vanessa Paradis, reportedly wanted him to sign a prenup to protect their children. However, the "Black Mass" actor is hesistant about doing so for fear of scaring away his 27-year-old girlfriend.

"If Johnny and Amber have children and no prenup is in place, then Vanessa fears that the younger starlet will try to cash in on the off chance that the marriage doesn't work out," said Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

But it was reported that Vanessa Paradis attended Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's wedding in his Caribbean island, Little Hall Cay Pond.
