Ever since Alicia decided to run for state attorney, her principles have always been challenged to curry some favors. The "Good Wife" season 6 spoilers hint of the balance swinging toward winning... at all cost.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Juliana Margulies said that her character Alicia has always struggled between staying true to herself and playing the game.

"I think her constant internal debate is, 'I'm not Peter, I wouldn't run things the way he did, yet, he knows politics, he knows the game. She doesn't want him as the enemy; she needs him as her ally. She's in a real moral quandary about how to handle herself around him," she said.

"In politics, she's smart enough to know what's right, but she's not quite savvy enough in politics to know what's wrong. So I think she's really navigating herself out of a tricky area," the actress added.

Showrunner Robert King teased more spoilers for "The Good Wife" season 6 when he said that Alicia campaign manager Johnny Elfman is starting to get through to her with the idea that the end justifies the means.

"A lot of it is also with the Johnny Elfman (Steven Pasquale) character, who is one of these Democratic handlers [who feels] you do whatever you have to do to win, then you be a good person," he explained. "I think he's have an influence on her: The ends justify the means up the point you're elected. And then you can start doing good things. But is that even true? Are you tainting yourself as you go?"

Meanwhile, Archie Panjabi already took down her name on the dressing room door as a keepsake for the final three weeks of filming.

She posted a photo on Twitter holding up the framed name along with the caption, "I took down the name sign from my dressing room today! Not long to go!"

Robert King dished "The Good Wife" spoilers to People as he said that Kalinda Sharma won't be killed off like Will Gardner.

"Well, she can't go out Will Gardner-style because you guys know that she's leaving. Will Gardner-style was that no one knew. So that could be a shock. Since everybody expects [Kalinda's departure], it's a whole different beast," the showrunner added.
