'Tekken 7' Characters: First Look At New Filipino Fighter [PHOTOS] New Alleged Pinoy Fighter And Unnamed Android Character Revealed
The new “Tekken 7” characters have been revealed in a recent leak as pictures of the new Filipino fighter and a new android character has surfaced online.
The Fighters Generation has reported that fans over at Korea have leaked new pictures showcasing Devil Jin, Jin, an Android character and the new Filipino “Tekken 7” character.
“Fans over in Korea have managed to access some new character data (possibly via Tekken.net) it looks like Jin Kazama and Devil Jin are planned for the game. In addition, a new female character (possibly Filipino) and a rather "beastly" creature are also shown,” wrote Fighters Generation.
The Fighters Generation stated that the new character is Filipino because the costume design clearly takes some inspirations from the Philippine flag.
"her outfit and necklace appear to take some inspiration from the National Flag of The Philippines," wrote The Fighters Generation.
It should also be noted that Katsuhiro Harada himself has admitted before the “Tekken 7” characters list was finalized that he was considering adding a Filipino character to “Tekken 7”.

It should be noted that a stage in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 called "Coastline Sunset" is located in the Philippines.
Coastline Sunset is a stage in the console version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 set in the Philippines, most likely by the Manila Bay, which is known for its sunset view. Surroundings include palm trees, crashed cars and jeepneys driving (a common mode of transportation in the Philippines) with billboards advertising Timezone and Quantum, as well as a crowd overlooking the fight (most likely located along Manila Bay at sundown). Little children are sitting on top of the tricycles (another form of transportation in the Philippines, defined as a motorcycle with an attached side car) as well.
