Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Martin Split: 'Hunger Games' Actress Bundles Up In NYC As She Walks Her Dog Alone

The split rumors surrounding Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have intensified over the past few days after they weren't seen in public for months and lately, the Coldplay frontman was snapped spending time with a bikini-clad Kate Hudson near his home in Malibu.

On Sunday, Jennifer Lawrence was spotted walking her Chihuahua, Pippa, in New York City along with her female assistant.

"With her dark blonde hair pulled back and seeming to wear very little makeup, Jennifer chose function over style in her look for the morning stroll in Tribeca," said Daily Mail. "The thigh-length coat covered up most of Jennifer's clothing, with only black leggings and a pair of grey leather shoes visible."

Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence were reported to be dating last year after his "conscious uncoupling" from Gwyneth Paltrow. The Coldplay singer and the "Hunger Games" star allegedly split just months after.

They reportedly rekindled their relationship over the New Year after they were spotted trying to go incognito while on a lunch date.

However, Chris Martin was snapped with Kate Hudson along with their respective kids Ryder, 11, Bing, 3, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8, on what seemed like a playdate.

"Since Kate and Matt Bellamy split last fall, she's been clingy with Chris, calling him all the time to suggest get-togethers under the guise of setting up play dates for the kids - which is exactly how the beach day and dinner date came to be," a source told In Touch magazine.

However, the same article alleged that Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have not officially split, and the "Hunger Games" star is not about to let Kate Hudson steal her man.

"[Jen's] not going to just let this happen. She's invested a lot of time into making this relationship work," the source, who's allegedly a friend to the actress, said.
