Zooey Deschanel Shows Blossoming Baby Bump While Strolling Hand In Hand With Fiance
Zooey Deschanel was spotted with her blossoming baby bump while strolling hand in hand with fiancé Jacob Pechenik on Saturday.
Clad in all-black Capri-style leggings and top, the 35-year-old expectant mother seemed glowing and full of joy as she went out of Hugo's Restaurant in the Studio City neighborhood in Los Angeles. The pregnant actress was with the 42-year-old film producer and a female friend. Per Daily Mail, the trio looked like they just had a good lunch at the said diner.
If the actress, singer-songwriter, and musician did not officially announce her pregnancy last Jan. 13, it could be hard to notice Zooey Deschanel's baby bump because of the royal blue jacket she wore on top of her all-black ensemble.
The lead actress of the Fox comedy series "New Girl" looked casual especially that she was only wearing minimal make-up (or almost none) with her long brown locks donned loose.
The "(500) Days of Summer" star also wore a pair of dark sunglasses to hide her eyes and protect her from too much glare since the sun was up shining so brightly on the said day. To complete her laid-back look,the soon to be first-time mother, put on a pair of white and grey striped flats.
Meanwhile, "The Skeleton Twins" producer opted for a scruffy look as he wore a pale blue button down shirt, grey cargo short pants, and brown sandals.
The couple first met in July 2014 when they were filming in Afghanistan for "Rock the Casbah," which Jacob Pechenik produced, with movie co-stars Bruce Willis, Kate Hudson, and Bill Murray.
Zooey Deschanel and Jacob Pechenik reportedly got engaged within a week after the pregnancy announcement, however, no wedding date has been given yet until this moment.
Despite her baby bump, Zooey Deschanel seems unstoppable as she is still with the "New Girl" and her movie "Rock the Casbah," is expected to be out by Noveber. Meanwhile, while her romantic-comedy film "The Driftless Area" is just waiting for its release date.
