Finally, "the family collaborates on trying to get Rob back to his usual self," concludes the E! synopsis for the next episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

"Can I still get pregnant?" Kim Kardashian asks her doctor as she sits up in a hospital bed.
The preview then focuses on a family meeting in which Kim tells her family some startling news. "He said I can only have one more baby," explains Kim to her emotional family.
"How far will Kim go to have another child?" narrates the voiceover in this suspenseful preview clip.
"You have to remove my uterus?" Kim clarifies as she speaks to her doctor on the phone.
