Andrew Getty's death was ruled as a result of natural causes as the coroner has found no foul play during the initial investigation. Meanwhile, the heir to the billion-dollar oil dynasty was reportedly hounded by cocaine and tax evasion troubles.

Det. Meghan Aguilar, the spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department, told CNN, that they haven't found any foul play involved in the death of Andrew Getty, the grandson of J. Paul Getty, who died in 1976 as the richest man in the world.

The 47-year-old heir was supposedly battling "several health issues." However, an autopsy has been ordered even if for now, the police is not investigating for criminal intent.

Andrew Getty is the latest death to hit the family. Another son of Gordon Getty died in 1958 and another died in 1973. He was found unconscious and half-naked on his side near the bathroom of his Hollywood Hills mansion by Lanessa de Jonge, his on-and-off girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Daily Mail claimed that Andrew Getty, prior to his death, has been hooked on different drugs and was also battling tax evasion charges.

"I've seen him twice in the last three months. Last month, we were all out on a boys night and ended up late at Andrew's house, the one on the hill," a source, said to be a friend of Andrew Getty, said. "It was a hard party, I'm not going to lie to you. Rails and rails of coke and drinking to excess. [Other friends] were with me. It was a do-it-till-dawn kind of night."

"Andrew mixed drugs so often and so much that I'm not sure how he can sort out which drug was doing which bit of damage to his body," the source added, which could support the absence of foul play theory on Andrew Getty's death.

Andrew Getty's A. Rork Investment and Rork Productions have been reportedly hit with 12 separate court complaints over unpaid taxes, documents show.
