Magazine Cover For ‘Real Housewives Of New York’ Ditched In Favor Of Teresa Guidice’s Family Photo? Husband Joe More Appreciative Of Absent Wife

Teresa Guidice's family photo graced the latest cover of Us Weekly, when it should have been the reunion party of Bethenny Frankel and the rest of the "Real Housewives of New York" cast. Meanwhile, Joe Guidice's claimed that he appreciates his wife more now that he's alone taking care of the kids.

In a report from the NY Daily News, executives from Bravo have been talking to the magazine editors for the possible cover story of "Real Housewives of New York," particularly on the return of Betthenny Frankel.

Instead, it was Teresa Guidice and her family while she's still serving her prison sentence.

"We're told Giudice, who posed for the cover of the weekly in front of a fake background inside Danbury Federal Prison during family visiting hours, worked with the mag through her lawyer to secure a cover," the article claimed.

"But Bravo was planning on 'The Real Housewives of New York' ladies to get the latest cover and to coincide with the new season and kick off some drama, and they'd been working with editors at the mag for two weeks planning interviews and a photo shoot - until they were dropped for Giudice," it added.

NY Daily News also talked to another source who alleged that "Real Housewives of New York" is going to have a "make or break season" anchored on Bethenny Frankel's return to the franchise but the media response has been "underwhelming."

Meanwhile, Joe Guidice broke his silence on Teresa Guidice's prison sentence as he said that it's been very difficult.

"When you have four kids, you have to stay strong. Her being away definitely makes me appreciate her way more, a lot more, and you know everything she did," he told Extra!

"She's got a little group she hangs out with and does her thing with every day, and who she goes to the gym with and who she hangs out with, and who does her hair and who does her nails. They have their little thing going every day," he added.

Teresa Guidice is serving a prison sentence for fraud, and Joe Guidice will begin his 41-month prison sentence after the former "Real Housewives of New York" gets out this year.
