Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin's Divorce Still On! Couple To Formalize Split Amid Cozy Sightings While On Vacation

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are still working on divorce despite the photos of them going on a holiday together with the kids.

"A divorce is definitely 100 per cent on. They are working out a deal privately and there will be no leaks. This is a very amicable break-up and the resolution is near," said a source from Daily Mail.

"Papers will be filed soon and the divorce will be dealt with quickly. They both love their children and they still have the utmost respect for each other. But they are not getting back together," it added.

The report of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's divorce was confirmed by an article from Daily Mirror, which reported that the couple has "instructed lawyers to divide the custody of their two children Apple and Moses, as well as their £80 million fortune."

"They have vowed not to go to court or make a 'big deal'of their separation but will instead make arrangements 'quietly,'" the article went on to explain.

The divorce rumor came about a year when Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin announced that they are "consciously uncoupling."

In a statement, the couple wrote, "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate."

"We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been. We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time."

With the rumored impending divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin is now free to pursue a relationship with alleged girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence.
