The New Update For 'WWE Immortals' Adds Dean Ambrose And Stephanie McMahon Along With ’Money In The Bank' Online Event!
Dean Ambrose is set to take on former Shield teammate Seth Rollins in a ladder match at Money in the Bank PPV, but it looks like "The Lunatic Fringe" may make an appearance on WWE Immortals game before that.
An update of the "WWE Immortals," a popular fighting game based on the professional wrestling promotion WWE has launched, adding two new characters and another iteration of The Big Show.
The new characters being added to the game are Stephanie McMahon and Dean Ambrose.
Fans have been demanding "The Lunatic Fringe" to be in the game since WWE Immortals came out in January.
In the official announcement made on the WWE Immortals Facebook Page, Ambrose pretty much looks like himself. Apparently, the developer NetherRealm Studios did not give him weird looking gimmick. Ambrose dons a sleeveless jacket.
Stephanie on the other hand looks pretty normal even in the game and it looks like she is wearing modified version of outfit she wore at SummerSlam 2014 when she fought Brie Bella, according to records on Attack of the Fanboy.
In order to try out these new characters, fans will need to download the update. Fans can also purchase silver Stephanie McMahon donning her "Authority" attire, making her an apt partner for the silver Triple H in the game, who too is sporting his "Authority" suit, International Business Times noted.
As far as the gold "Warrior Queen" Stephanie in her SummerSlam outfit is concerned, fans can either buy the new premium booster packs added to the game for $19.99, or they can wait for an upcoming challenge event that will offer her as a prize.
Moreover, these new premium booster packs will have three Talent Cards along with 15,000 credits but will be available for just two weeks. There will be an exclusive online event for Money in the Bank running from June 10 to June 17, giving fans an opportunity to win some cool new gear.
Though advertised, Dean Ambrose has not yet appeared in the game nor is he available as a challenge event prize or purchase in the in-game store.
Apparently, the character will appear in the coming weeks and will probably come in silver and gold forms just like most of the characters in the game.
