"Level 7 Civil Servant" Joo Won and Dok Go Young Jae come to a tearful reconciliation.

March 20, the 17th episode of the MBC drama "Level 7 Civil Servant" featured Han Joo Man (Dok Go Young Jae) making a decision to disappear for the well-being of his song Han Kil Ro (Joo Won).

Han Joo Man calls the head of the department and says, "I'm leaving the company. Everything has been divided accordingly. A professional director has also been called for. I told him not to worry about the size but focus on making the company stronger" and "Leave this room alone. When he comes back, give him the room. Let him do everything he wants."

After taking care of things with the company, Han Joo Man leaves with his wife Go Soo Ja (Im Ye Jin). Before they leave, Go Soo Ja tells Kim Seo Won (Choi Kang Hee) about their plans. Kim Seo Won alerts Han Kil Ro and go out to the airport together.

While Go Soo Ja cries, Han Joo Man says, "If I stay, I'm going to ruin his future" referring to his son Han Kil Ro. Go Soo Ja agrees and decides to get on the plane.

Even though Han Kil Ro did not want to see his father, Kim Seo Won forces him to catch Han Joo Man and Go Soo Ja before they get on their flight. Han Kil Ro says, "I saw his face, it's enough." Kim Seo Won tells him, "I told you I would take care of you, right? That means I'm taking care of your family too. Regrets become worse with time. Hurry up."

Han Joo Man tells him, "I am very sorry" and Han Kil Ro replies, "The bad thing you did? Or running away like this?"

Han Kil Ro continues, "If you're leaving because you're afraid of being punished, I wouldn't even have come here. How can you not even think of me even now? You never even loved me and you never even gave me a warm hug, but why are you pretending to love me until the end? Do you know how fake this seems?"

Han Kil Ro adds, "What you actually loved is money, not me.."

Han Joo Man is shocked and begins to take his shirt off. His body was covered in burns. He had received the burns when he saved Han Kil Ro's life when he was a child.

Han Joo Man says, "This is why I couldn't hug you. You were embarrassed of me because you said I look like a monster. Even if I had to live in this body and you were the one who caused the fire, I never regretted you. You're the one that ran away from me. But I am still sorry. I've committed a lot of sins."

Finally realizing his father's love, Han Kil Ro says, "Father. Please don't go. Let's just live after a proper investigation. I won't run away either so stay." The two people hug each other crying.
