'Chasing Life' Season 2 Spoilers: April And Leo Engaged! New Side Of April Seen In Coming Episodes!

"Chasing Life" season 2 spoilers revealed that that the coming episodes will focus on April (Italia Ricci) and Leo's (Scott Michael Foster) relationship. In the season 1 finale, viewers last saw the couple celebrating their engagement.

Spoilers Guide has recently released the official synopsis for the premiere episode of "Chasing Life" season 2, titled "A View from The Ledge." It reads:

"Newly engaged and unemployed, April tries to come to terms with her new reality. Always one to think two steps ahead, she decides to no longer plan for her future but just enjoy the moment she is in with a little help from fellow cancer patient Vanessa (Krysta Rodriguez). First up is to plan and enjoy her engagement party!"

"Meanwhile, Natalie stumbles upon a secret manuscript of her father's that could have major repercussions for the entire Carver family."

In a recent interview with E! News, executive producer Patrick Sean teased that season 2 is going to be "big," hinting that there will be several revelations and plot twists that fans should not dare miss.

"April and Leo's engagement is really putting us in a fun place for the second season," he revealed.

"We're shooting right now on set, and we're heading to Boston to shoot there. And it's a really big season. There is not a single filler episode to be had."

Sean added that in season 2, April will really begin to take control of her life and her relationships.

"I'm proud of the scripts we have, and it's reinvigorating to take April in the direction where it's not all about her chasing the article or byline but she's actually chasing her life and being more proactive in all her relationships. There are some big changes coming for April this season," Sean added.
