Kris Jenner has finally commented on her ex-husband Bruce Jenner's debut as Caitlyn, gushing that photos of Caitlyn were indeed "beautiful," but everything may not be perfect for the former Olympian just yet.

Kris Jenner has praised Caitlyn's first photo as a transgender woman noting that 'it's amazing'' she has followed her dream. Kris was married to Caitlyn for 23 years when she was Bruce Jenner.

''I think it's amazing. I think that someone following their dream is truly inspirational to a lot of people ... you have to do what makes you happy,'' Kris told 'Extra' at the MailOnline yacht party at the Cannes Lions Festival in the South of France.

Kris noted that Annie Leibovitz's photos of Caitlyn were "beautiful."

According to reports on TV3, the 59-year-old momager attended the party with her lover Corey Gamble, and daughters Kim Kardashian West and Kylie Jenner.

Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble could barely keep their hand off of each other, and were spotted displaying some serious PDA throughout the yacht party.

Kris had expressed confusion as to why Bruce wanted to marry her in the article in Vanity Fair that followed the shoot.

''He was married to me and he wasn't who he wanted to be so he was miserable. Why would you want to be married and have kids if this is what you wanted since you were a little boy?" Kris said.

"Why would you not explain this all to me?''

Also attending the yacht party were Tyga and Kylie Jenner, and the two looked equally dapper in their coordinating white-and-ivory outfits. E! News noted.

Earlier this week, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kim Kardashian was spotted in Cannes, spending quality time with Kris and Kylie. Kim also opened up about the making of her mega-successful Glu video game while speaking at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2015.

While Caitlyn has yet to be publicly photographed with any of her kids or Kris, she did share a family-filled photo from Father's Day, which she spent with several members of the Kardashian and Jenner families.

That being said, it looks like Caitlyn may soon be facing yet another heartache.

While still living as Bruce, Caitlyn was involved in a tragic wreck which left a woman dead and according to reports on Radar Online, Caitlyn may soon be charged with vehicular homicide.

Kimberly Howe, an insider told Radar that Caitlyn is facing "vehicular manslaughter charges because of the death of motorist. Something distracted Caitlyn momentarily before she rear ended the Lexus."

"Caitlyn hasn't sat down with cops to be formally questioned, however," the source said. "Even though drugs and alcohol weren't involved, Caitlyn is still responsible for the death, and it will be a misdemeanor charge."

"The fact that Major Crimes is going to be involved could be very troubling ... as it's the most elite branch of the DA's office," the insider previously told Radar. "Only the best and brightest in the office are assigned to Major Crimes. These are very seasoned prosecutors that are extremely experienced in handling high profile cases."

The source continued, "It's unlikely Caitlyn will spend one day behind bars, because the maximum penalty for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter is one year in jail. Caitlyn's driving record is essentially clean, and she has no prior criminal history."
