Park Shi Hoo's Accuser A, "Lawsuit Against B for Slander"

Woman A, the one who is accusing the actor Park Shi Hoo of rape is preparing to file to lawsuit against her friend B for slander.

March 26, Lawyer Kim Soo Jung who is representing woman A stated during an interview, "The actions of B in throughout the progress of this case like, changing her testimony, will be taken to court for slander."

Kim Soo Jung continued, "After reflection on the series of events throughout this process, I received the decision about woman B" and "The details for the lawsuit against B has not yet been decided."

In the beginning, woman B had been supporting woman B at the start of the case. However, B publicly apologized to Park Shi Hoo by doing an interview with a news media source. Woman B also stated that she is also a victim of woman A's lies. Representatives of Park Shi Hoo stated that they will be using the statements made by B in order to make progress in their case.

The case became public this past February when Park Shi Hoo went out for drinks with his friend K and woman A. After all three of them spend the night at Park Shi Hoo's place, woman A filed a lawsuit against Park Shi Hoo and his friend K for rape and sexual harassment. Park Shi Hoo, K and A have all been investigated using a polygraph machine March 13 but results have not been released.
