"Level 7 Civil Servant" Did Kim Soo Hyun really commit suicide?

In the 19th episode of the MBC drama "Level 7 Civil Servant", Gong Do Ha (Hwang Chan Sung) receives orders from Oh Kwang Jae (Choi Jong Hwan).

Without even identifying the target, Oh Kwang Jae assigns Gong Do Ha to snipe somebody out. Feeling uncomfortable, Gong Do Ha tells Shin Sun Mi (Kim Min Seo), "I'll send you a picture tomorrow. I want you to do some background search for me" and "I can't shoot somebody without even knowing who they are."

As ordered, Gong Do Hwa appears at the location and waits for his target. The person who arrives is Kim Mi Rae (Kim Soo Hyun). Completely shocked, he notifies Shin Sun Mi that his target is Kim Mi Rae. And when Oh Kwang Jae calls him, he just hangs up.

Shin Sun Mi alerts Kim Seo Won (Choi Kang Hee) after learning about Gong Do Ha's target. Kim Seo Won and Han Kil Ro rush to the location.

Oh Kwang Jae approaches Kim Mi Rae and tells her, "If you give me the list of the remaining names, I'll let you leave Korea quietly." Kim Mi Rae replies, "I need to get rid of you." Oh Kwang Jae says, "I have the same thought in mind."

They begin to argue and Kim Mi Rae aims her gun at Oh Kwang Jae. Oh Kwang Jae looks at Gong Do Ha. It is his sign to shoot. Gong Do Ha must shoot but Han Kil Ro and Kim Seo Won appears to stop him.

Oh Kwang Jae believes that Gong Do Ha will kill Kim Mi Rae and begins walking away. Kim Mi Rae keeps aiming the gun at him and says, "Apologize no matter what. And then die. Beg for forgiveness."

Meanwhile, Gong Do Ha and Han Kil Ro were fighting to take control of the situation and Kim Seo Won shoots Kim Mi Rae's arm. When Kim Mi Rae gets up again, Kim Seo Won shoots her leg.

Failing at getting her revenge, Kim Mi Rae decides to commit suicide. Kim Seo Won begins to cry after watching the whole thing.
