Blake Shelton allegedly caught estranged wife Miranda Lambert cheating on him at one of her concerts. The “Lonely Tonight” singer reportedly hired a private investigator to follow his wife after he noticed a change in her behavior.

Blake Shelton reportedly noticed that her wife's erratic behavior early this year. When he talked to one of his friends, he found out that his hunch may be true after all. It was said that Miranda Lambert was cheating on him the entire time.

"He hired a private investigator, who determined she was hooking up with an employee," a source told Star magazine, via Hollywood Life.

"Blake flew to one of her shows to confront the employee. He caught her hugging this man, and they were forced to admit everything. It was obvious what was going on."

Shelton immediately filed for a divorce after the incident. Lambert allegedly tried to explain her side but her husband would not listen. In the end, the two agreed to end their relationship.

Miranda Lambert is reportedly having a hard time accepting the divorce. The singer is having a hard time concentrating and focusing on her show following the very public split.

"She's doing the best she can and taking it day by day. The finalization of their divorce has left Lambert sad and trying to process everything," a source told PEOPLE.

It has long been rumored that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's success has taken a toll on their relationship. After months of speculation, the couple released a statement last week, confirming the end of their four-year marriage.

"This is not the future we envisioned," they told the Associated Press.

"And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
