Kim Woo Bin Returns To The Runway For Sieg Fahrenheit
Kim Woo Bin seamlessly segues back to his mysterious, runway model persona for the Fall/Winter collection of Sieg Fahrenheit.
In a pictorial released on August 13, the model-turned-actor embodies a chic, polished image. An article published by Newsen highlighted the photo shoot, which was set at the fashionable Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
Having debuted on the runway at age 20, Kim is a prime example of Korean models who have successfully transitioned into acting.
In the pictorial, the actor is styled with mixed textiles and patterns. The all-over design of his sweater contrasts with the overcoat, which would clash if casually worn. However, it serves as an appropriate style for the metropolitan image of Sieg Fahrenheit.
While his previous shoot with the brand emphasized fanciful aspects of his personality, he is all-business in the Fall/Winter pictorial.
Born Kim Hyun Joong, he adopted the stage name Kim Woo Bin, prior to making his acting debut in "White Christmas."
The 26-year-old actor has yet to name his next project. In 2015, he successfully transitioned from appearing in supporting K-Drama roles to become a viable leading man with the coming-of-age comedy, "Twenty." Whether he will select another film or K-Drama remains to be seen, but the "Twenty" star clearly forged a path in Korean entertainment that transcends many of his contemporaries.
In July 2015, his management at SidusHQ that he was dating actress Shin Min A. The stars met while filming an endorsement campaign for Giordano in February 2015 and began dating in May.
