Kim So Eun's next project, a web drama titled "Falling For Challenges," is scheduled to begin filming this week. The drama pairs her up with EXO member Xiumin.

In the upcoming drama, the leading characters grow close to each other through the activities of an after school club known as Plus One. The drama synopsis does not say what kind of club it is.

Xiumin plays Na Do Jeon. He earns money by working as a clown part time. He enjoys his job because he likes to make people laugh. Kim So Eun plays his classmate Ban Ha Na. She's a young entrepreneur who works in a food truck and dreams of one day owning her own food truck. She enjoys feeding people.

When they learn that the after school club might be eliminated Na Do Jeon and Ban Ha Na decide that can't happen. They will do whatever it takes to prevent that.

Kim So Eun has had a list of attractive leading men that include Kim Bum, Lee Sang Yoon and all five members of the acting-singing group 5uprise. Kim made her acting debut when she was 15 but her breakout role was playing Gu Hye Sun's best friend in "Boys Over Flowers." Kim earned praise for her performance in such dramas as "The Liar Game" with Lee Sang Yoon and the recent "Scholar Who Walks The Night" with Lee Jun Ki.

Last year she played a ghost in the film "Mourning Grave" with co-star Kang Ha Neul. She attracted a loyal following when she appeared on the reality show "We Got Married" with co-star Song Jae Rim as her virtual spouse.

Xiumin has performed with EXO since he was 18.  He made his acting debut two years ago in the music video "Gone" for Lovelyz member JIN. Actress Kim Yoo Jung was also in that video.

In January 2015, Xiumin starred in the musical 'School OZ," playing Aquila. His co-stars included f(x)'s Luna, SHINee's Key, EXO-K's Suho. TVXQ's Changmin and Red Velvet's Seul Gi. He appeared on three episodes of the JTBC series "Crime Scene 2" and made his big screen debut in the historical film "Kim Sun Dal." In that film his co-star was Yoo Seung Ho.
