Jenelle Evans Replacing Nathan Griffith With A Felon? New Beau Accused Of Domestic Violence

Jenelle Evans is allegedly replacing Nathan Griffith with an alleged felon. According to a report from Radar Online, the "Teen Mom" star's new beau has been accused of domestic violence in the past.

Based on police documents from North Carolina's New Hanover county, the TV personality's new boyfriend, David Eason, was arrested last year. The 27-year-old allegedly assaulted and threatened a female on April 19, 2014, who immediately reported the incident to police officials.

"The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, 'I will kill you b****,'" the police documents stated.

David Eason was reportedly arrested on May 12, 2014, but was found not guilty on July 24, 2014.

However, he was sent to prison just days after his acquittal because of drug, larceny, and breaking and entering charges.

The report claimed that Jenelle Evans has repeatedly defended David Eason even with his history with domestic abuse.

"She's telling friends he's not a bad guy," an insider said.

"[Jenelle says] he's a sweetheart and he makes her so f***ing happy. [That] he's a 'true southern gentleman.'"

The reality star's devotion for David Eason makes it seem like Jenelle Evans is completely over Nathan Griffith. The latter was accused of choking his former fiancé while she was pregnant with their son.

A recent report from In Touch detailed the feud between the former MTV reality couple, who are currently involved in a custody battle over their 16-month-old baby boy, Kaiser.

The feud between Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith reportedly escalated because of David Eason's closeness with their son.

"Nathan is absolutely worried about Jenelle dating David and him being so close to [their son] Kai[ser]," an insider shared.

"He is looking into what he can do about custody. Things are in the works."

"Nathan wants Kai to grow up safely and this guy doesn't seem like a good guy," the insider added.
