Selena Gomez And DJ Zedd Love Story Far From Over? Ex-Couple Get Affectionate

If all the rumors are true, Selena Gomez does get around for sure. After rumors that she's dating One Direction member Niall Horan, the former Disney star was getting cozy with ex, DJ Zedd, during their recent performance for the Jingle Ball.

The backstage photos showed Selena Gomez's wrapping her arms around DJ Zedd as she went in for a wet kiss on his cheek.

But Hollywood Life claimed that the two are not rekindling their romance.

"Selena and Zedd have talked about their duet for a while," the alleged source claimed. "They have been at a few Jingle Balls together and they talk and hang out. There is no awkwardness whatsoever. He has told Selena that he is there for her no matter what because he knows she needs a friend more than anything right now as she transitions through moving on from Justin [Bieber] and seeing if she should continue with Niall [Horan].

The source continued, "Selena is at a crossroads right now that she has to figure out, and it is hard to do all of it while in the spotlight."

That's a relief for Niall Horan, at least, as the One Direction member is allegedly dating Justin Bieber's ex, Selena Gomez.

"When it comes to Zedd, absolutely not! They had their moment and it is strictly friendship. Nothing more, nothing less!" the source claimed.

Back in July, Selena Gomez admitted on New Zealand's radio show, "The Edge Afternoons," that she shared something special with DJ Zedd.

"I adore Anton [Zedd] a lot and I definitely had a thing with him, which was nice," she said.

Now, Selena Gomez is reportedly dating Niall Horan.

After Selena Gomez and Niall Horan were reportedly spotted kissing at Jenna Dewan-Tatum's birthday party on Dec. 4, Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend and the One Direction hottie were again out on a date two days later at the Santa Monica pier.
