Lee Yeon Hee Officially Leaves SM Entertainment, Joins Vast Entertainment
After being with SM Entertainment for 19 years, actress Lee Yeon Hee has finally said goodbye to her agency and officially joins her new family, VAST Entertainment.
VAST Entertainment confirmed on Nov. 30 that Lee Yeon Hee has finally signed an exclusive contract with them. The actress joins stars Hyeon Bin, Lee Jae Wook, Shin Do Hyeon, and "Start-Up" cast Stephanie Lee in the new agency.
According to Vast Entertainment, "We are happy to be able to welcome the beautiful actress Lee Yeon Hee, and we are thankful for her for entrusting us with her future. We are overwhelmed that she chose us to be her next home. We will soon update the actress's fans with her new activities and projects."
Lee Yeon Lee debuted at the 2nd SM youth Best Contest in 2001. Since then, she has received many projects in the entertainment industry that made her the actress she is today. She is very talented and versatile, playing each role perfectly no matter how different they are. Lee Yeon Hee also has beautiful and goddess-like features.
Some of her previous works were "Haeshin," "Resurrection," "East of Eden," "Ghost," "The Book of Gu Family," "Miss Korea." Various characters from unique projects such as "Hwajeong," "The Game: Towards )," "The First Love of a Millionaire," "My Love," "Soon Jung Manga," "The Eve of Marriage," "Detective Cho: The Missing Daughter of Nob Has Been Digested."
She also appeared in different Korean music videos like "One" and "The Way You Are" by TVXQ, and "Miss You" by S.M The Ballad. After leaving her agency where she worked for 19 years, Lee Yeon Hee changed her path and looked for a new company where she could improve the skills that her previous agency had taught her.
It is a fresh start for the star and an opportunity to explore, and also make adjustments in a new environment. VAST Entertainment and Lee Yeon Hee will be working together to focus on achieving new goals and build a good relationship with each other.
Meanwhile, her previous drama "The Game: Towards Zero," where she played the role of a detective named Joon Young, received a lot of support from the viewers. Together with her on the said drama was Taecyeon of the K-Pop group 2PM, who played the role of Tae Pyeong, who has a prophet-like ability, where every time he looks into someone's eye, he can foresee the exact scenario when they die. Actor Lim Ju Hwan is also part of the cast.
For this coming December, Lee Yeon Hee is expected to meet the audience again with her upcoming movie "New Years Eve."
