According to Nielsen Korea, "Hospital Playlist 2" episode 7 garnered an average nationwide rating of 10.6 percent.
This is a slight decrease in their previous episode with 13.2 percent nationwide, which is also the drama's all-time high rating.
To recall, the second installment debuted with a promising start after hitting 10 percent and was able to continue the upward trend and successfully achieving their new personal best.
Unfortunately, the latest episode sees a change in terms of viewership rating.

In addition, the tvN Thursday drama also dropped as the number one most buzzworthy drama after five weeks of reigning the weekly chart.
Good Data Corporation recently released its weekly rundown of top 10 dramas for the fifth week of July 2021.
Based on the listing, "Hospital Playlist 2" slides to the fourth spot with 12.57 percent, while Ji Sung's drama soars to the top spot with 18.69 percent.
Viewers Call Out "Hospital Playlist 2" Due to 'Boring' Plot
Following the changes in terms of the medical K-drama's status, several viewers believe that this is due to the monotonous storyline, and some even called it "boring."
