In a recent report stated by a K-media outlet, A-list stars Jun Ji Hyun, Song Hye Kyo, and Kim Tae Hee are dubbed as "Real Estate Goddesses." This is notably because of the expensive properties they purchased in the past months.

On March 8, it was revealed that the "My Sassy Girl" actress bought a shopping mall located at Deungchon, Gangseo Gu, in Seoul. The commercial building from Kookim Bank was worth 50.5 billion Korean won and was purchased last February 25.

Jun Ji Hyun is called a real estate conglomerate in the entertainment industry because she owns four real estate houses in Seoul alone!
It has been said that the value of three commercial properties under her name amounts to 80 billion Korean won. These include a luxury apartment in Gangnam-gu, shopping malls in Ichon-dong, Samseong-dong, and in Deungchon-dong.
Apart from it, Jun Ji Hyun did not forget to share her blessings to others and donated 100 million KRW to help those victims of the forest fire in South Korea.
Song Hye Kyo
Song Hye Kyo also owns real estate worth 20 billion KRW. She has a house in Samseong-dong, Seoul, which was purchased at around 5 billion won in 2004.
The "Encounter" star bought a five-story and two-story building in Hannam-dong for 19 billion KRW.
In addition, the building is known to have high investment value as it is located near the H luxury apartment complex.

In 2017, the "Now, We Are Breaking Up" actress also bought luxury villas amounting to 3 billion KRW in 2008.
Further, the former chairman of a known Pharmaceutical company purchased the house for 9 billion KRW.
Song Hye Kyo is currently filming her upcoming series "The Glory," alongside Lee Do Hyun.

For Kim Tae Hee's case, she and Rain have real estate worth nearly 100 billion KRW in total. The phenomenal singer-actor is known to have a monthly income of 200 million units. She purchased a two-minute walk from Gangnam Station for 90 billion KRW.
