Jun Ji Hyun Purchases Shopping Mall Worth 50.5 Billion KRW
Korean reports revealed on March 8 that Jun Ji Hyun reportedly purchased a shopping mall, particularly in Deungchon Dong, Gangseo Gu, Seoul. The outlets added that the actress bought a commercial building for 50.5 billion KRW from Kookmin Bank on February 25.
In addition, the building Jun Ji Hyun bought was built in February 2019 by AM Plus Asset Development, which is a known real estate developer jointly created by the Military Mutual Aid Association and Aekyung Group, for 35 billion won from Kookmin Bank in March 2021.

LG Best Shop, a product store of LG Electronics, has signed a contract to lease the entire building for ten years for 600 million KRW in Jeonse from March 2019.
The "Jirisan" star completed the registration of ownership transfer three weeks after signing a sales contract last February 4.

This is not the first time that the A-list actress bought expensive property.
Jun Ji Hyun purchased a five-story shopping mall in Nonhyeon Dong, Gangnam Gu, Seoul and sold it last September 2021 for 23.5 billion KRW, which was higher than its original purchase price of 14.9 billion KRW in 2008.
Furthermore, "The Legend of The Blue Sea" actress who bought a shopping mall in Deungchon Dong five months after she sold the property in Nonhyeon Dong, is believed to have reinvested in real estate with investment recovery, according to reports.

Aside from her career as an actress and brand endorser, Jun Ji Hyun earns more in doing businesses. She is also known to own more than two real estate houses in Seoul.

Meanwhile, the "My Sassy Girl" star just finished her drama "Jirisan" last December 2021, where she starred alongside Ju Ji Hoon, Sung Dong Il, Oh Jung Se, Jo Han Chul, and more. It marked her second comeback drama following "Kingdom: Ashin of the North" in 2020.
She is currently on hiatus and there are no confirmed projects yet for Jun Ji Hyun, except her brand endorsments.
In February this year, Jun Ji Hyun ended her 8-year exclusive contract with the popular clothing brand NEPA.
