'The K2' Cast Update 2022
Ji Chang Wook and Girls' Generation YoonA first teamed up in the 2016 action-romance drama "The K2." The series depicts the story of Kim Je Ha, a mercenary soldier, who was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit.

He then seeks revenge with the help of fierce and ruthless Choi Yoo Jin (Song Yoona), the owner of JSS Security Company, and the other half of Jan Se Joon (Cho Seong Ha), a known presidential candidate.
On his journey, he meets Ko An Na (Im YoonA), the secret daughter of Jang Se Joon, who has been living a solitary life not until Je Ha came into her world.

Singer-actress YoonA, who made a fantastic performance in "The K2," is currently dominating Friday and Saturday drama "Big Mouth" with heartthrob Lee Jong Suk.
Apart from the noir drama, YoonA is set to begin filming her next small screen project in September.

Once "Big Mouth" concludes, the SNSD member will immediately work on "King the Land." It is a new romance-comedy series about a young chaebol who doesn't give a fake smile to people around him and an ordinary working girl who always greets people with her sweet smile.
She is expected to share the frame with 2PM member and award-winning actor Lee Junho.

Ji Chang Wook plays the character of Yoon Gyeo Rye in KBS' new drama "If You Wish Upon Me." It was his next project following Netflix's "The Sound of Magic."

The K-drama leading man's role is giving viewers a new taste of his acting. Different from being sweet and romantic, Ji Chang Wook displays his vulnerable yet caring persona in "If You Wish Upon Me."
But this is not the only project for the K-hottie.
In April, the "Suspicious Partner" actor was reported to lead the upcoming drama "The Worst Evil." In addition, "Squid Game" star Wi Ha Joon is also rumored to join the main cast of the drama.
The action-thriller series is expected to be helmed by Han Dong Wook. Meanwhile, Baram Pictures and Sanai Pictures will collaborate to produce the drama.
